Our lifeguards can only be responsible for 30 swimmers in the water at a time. You are welcome to invite additional guests but only a total of 30 swimmers may be in the water at a given time.
Do the parents have to swim with the children?
No. Parents are welcome to sit at the tables while their children swim. Of course we always encourage parents to spend time with their children in the pool. Please keep in mind it is the responsibility of the host to be sure the children are accounted for and following the rules and policies enforced by the lifeguards.
Can we eat in the pool area?
There is no food or drinks allowed in the pool area other than drinking water.
Can we bring our own food?
We encourage all families to bring in their own cake or cupcakes if they chose. No other outside food will be allowed into Westfield but we do have a fantastic Party Menu you may order from.
Can we bring party favors and decorations?
Yes please feel free to bring favors and decorations!
Do we need to bring supplies?
We provide all the plates, utensils, cups, napkins and table cloths. Please remember to bring anything you may need for the cake (candles, lighter, knives). You are also welcome to bring any paper goods if you would like to have a themed party.
Can parents bring floaties or bubbles for their children?
Yes of course. However, no bubbles that are inflatable will be allowed. We also have a large selection of bubbles at Westfield you are welcome to use.
Can I bring toys or floats?
You may bring toys or floats however, large floats that prevent the lifeguards from seeing children, will not be allowed in the water.
Can we swim during Thunder and Lightening since it is indoors?
No. It is never safe to be near water during a thunder or lightening storm. If a storm should take place, the children will be brought into the gymnasium. It is the responsibility of the host to plan responsibility. No discounts or refunds will be available. The children are welcome to play games in the gym during this time.
Where can I find a copy of the waiver form or reservation form?
