Westfield Child Center's Prevention Updates

Helpful Links: Know the Facts

April 21, 2020

Dear WCC Families,

As you may already know, Governor Baker has extended the closure of all non-emergency childcare centers through June 29th. We know this has been a difficult time for all of you and your children and we are heartbroken that we cannot reopen sooner. During the continued closure, the Department of Early Education and Care (EEC) will be working to develop proper protocols to protect all children, families, and staff once centers are authorized to reopen.

We miss you all so much and look forward to the day when we can see all of you and your children again. We will be closely monitoring updates from Governor Baker and EEC to ensure that Westfield is ready to welcome you all back when the time comes. We will be sure to keep you posted as things progress. In the meantime, please know that the administrative team is still working diligently behind the scenes. If we can do anything to support you and your family, please reach out to us.

With love and hope,
